Spectrum Industries is managed by technocrats with over 2 decades of experience in Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing of Machines. The management has a long history of pioneering color sorters to bringing on the latest in artificial intelligence and machine learning-based cashew graders branded as HawkEye.

Being technocrats has enabled the management to look at technical issues and management issues in such a way that the lack of knowledge in either of the disciplines does not get in the way of managing techno-commercial issues that may arise from time to time in managing such a large portfolio of products through their lifetimes in operation at client location.
